Queen Vic in the News again
Great News
Look at the BBC News Education Link and the Dudley News.

We are 7th in the league table for % expected levels in English and Maths (Percentage of year 6 pupils attaining the expected level, Level 4, in English and Maths) out of all 78 Dudley schools for our standards this year.

And 5th for % Higher Level Pupils (Percentage of year 6 pupils reaching level 5, the level expected of a 14-year-old, in both English and Maths) out of all 78 Dudley schools for our standards this year.  This level is well above national expectations.

And 9th for % Progress Maths (Percentage of year 6 pupils expected amount of progress in Maths) out of all 78 Dudley schools for our standards this year. Well done to all of our children, staff, parents and governors.

Using QR codes in

technology for the
classroom

What is a QR code? [Quick Response Code]. A QR code is a barcode which can be read by our iPads around school. When a QR Code is scanned, information appears on the iPad. This information can be text, PDF worksheets and How To’s, instructional video, music etc.

We will shortly be posting children’s work with QR Codes so that you can scan and view their lovely work.
